“A Man Cave” is a cool, manly salon here in Yuma!
Coming up on their one-year anniversary, owner Cindy Moe is proud of her unique business and is an energetic, creative lady! Cindy has lived in Yuma since October of 2009 and is happy to call it home.
TVs at every station, and check out the Craftsman tool cabinets that store salon supplies – genuis!
Cindy saw the need for a place for men to get their hair cut that offered more than the chain salons. She offers free billiards, free Xbox 360 video games, free Wifi, televisions at every station, manly magazines (about guns and stuff…nothing inappropriate for kids) and great prices, too!
Xbox 360 – Free while you wait.
A Man Cave’s tagline may be “Where Men Get Their Hair Cut” but this is also a great place to bring your kids for a trim! For only $8.00, kids (boys and girls) can get a haircut, a lollipop, and can even try their hand at the Xbox. This might be the perfect “errand” to send your husband on this weekend, and one he won’t even mind.
The decor in this shop is pretty cool. It’s definitely geared towards guys, but there is nothing so risque that you would feel uncomfortable bringing your kids. I really loved seeing all the little details Cindy and her staff put into the creation of this business.
Oh, and moms? You can bring your little ones in for a cut too… there is no sign on the door that says “boys only”.
As of this writing, men’s haircuts are $10, military cuts are $9, and kids cuts are $8. The shop is CASH ONLY.
A Man Cave is located at 2573 E 24th Street, Suite C (between 3E and Pacific on 24th). They are not open on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, but ARE open all weekend. Give them a call at 928-276-4038 or just stop by!
