Horrible experience, my son went there for two weeks that we ended up prepaying for those 2 weeks he attended and unfortunately my brother passed away so we didn’t take him for a week or so and decided he will stay with my mother, as she was very sad and needed companion. Not only did they charged a full month without my son being there but also a fee of $716 for not letting them know in advance that my son was not going back. Now they are charging more than $1,300 and they sent me to collections for a services that was never used. This tells a lot of the type of owners they are for not caring about other’s life events that are unplanned. If you are thinking of taking your sibling to this place make sure you read their absurd and ridiculous policy because that’s the first thing that came out of their mouth. Very disappointed of this place

Their safety protocols and procedures are very relaxed and didn’t meet my expectations. My child attended for a few weeks and although those in the front office didn’t know my name, I was not asked to show identification at pick up times. A relative was also not asked for identification at pick-up. When I brought up the concern, I was told by BRB rep that I was not asked because she remembered me, however, I had never met her before, she was unable to tell me my name or point out which child I went along with. Although my son had fun there and learned new things, safety is my #1 concern as a parent. In addition, front office lost my child’s emergency contact information and allergy sheets. The sloppy paperwork and procedural pieces should be areas of caution.

We loved Big Red Barn! Our son attended one year here. He learned so much and more importantly, he has a desire to keep learning. The teachers are excellent, really invested in their children. The kids get plenty of hands-on time with the animals and in the garden. The meals they serve the kids are fresh and nutritious, and our son tried a lot of new foods. I highly recommend Big Red Barn to anyone looking for a unique learning experience for their child.
