Have you been thinking about joining a local MOMS Club? Meeting other moms is totally crucial to getting through those early years with children! I have made such wonderful friends through our local club and learned a ton about Yuma in the process. The groups plan a lot of fun activities around town and it really helped me get to know Yuma when we first moved here. The clubs are best suited to moms with younger children, since all of the activities are during the day (except a monthly moms-night-out). It’s perfect for any stay-at-home mom (or flexible working mom) who wants to make new friends and have fun.
MOMS Club of Yuma Southwest is meeting this Monday, March 4th at 9:30 AM. The meeting will be held in the Children’s Craft room at the Main Library (vs. the usual Conference room). This chapter is for anyone who lives west of 3E (including base). Email email@example.com for more information.
MOMS Club of the Foothills usually meets the last Friday of each month at the Gloria de Christo Lutheran Church, 11273 E. 40th Street, in the foothills at 10:00am, but this month they will meet one week early on March 22nd to avoid the Good Friday holiday. Contact Yuma Foothills at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about joining and a calendar of events. New members always welcome!
